For F-Two, Fersa has as bearing designations series F-16000 for ball bearings and series F-15000 for tapered roller bearings. F-two units are flanged double-row angular contact ball bearings (F16000) and flanged doublerow tapered roller bearings (F15000) with two inner rings and one flange as the outer ring

Rotating Outer ring for non-driven axles: Wheel and brake disc are assembled at the flange. The bearing unit is mounted on the axle and fixed with a nut.

Rotating Inner ring for non-driven axles: The flange is fixed to the vehicle. The bearing unit is mounted on the axle and fixed with a nut

Rotating Inner ring for driven axles: The flanges are fixed to the axle housing. Wheel hubs and drive shafts are connected to the inner rings.

F-Two is a combination of F-One bearings cost efficiency and the advantages of the wheel flanges integration for bearing assembly at the brake disc and wheel. F-Two is a compact unit with defined and preset bearing clearance, lubrication for life and mounted sealing

The axial clearance is pre-set and takes into consideration the adjustment during assembly in order to reach the optimum preload after mounting. Additionally, the mounting seals eliminate the necessity for automotive manufacturers to use extra seals during operation.
